In addition to traditional financing, we are leading experts in the EB-5 Immigration Through Investment and Opportunity Zone programs.

All potential investors are required to submit financial documents proving their fiscal ability to enter into the investment program they choose. Such financial documents are required to demonstrate financial capability at the minimum investment amount.

Like any investment opportunity, a return on investment is not assured. However, A1 Pearl has great confidence in their projects and therefore each project has a post-construction annualized return, which stair-steps after a set holding period.

We primarily invest in high-rise luxury residential mixed-use structures, retail mixed-use entertainment centers, and hospitality venues (hotels, restaurants, and spas) attached or near to conference centers.
